Opening a Shared Mailbox on Mobile

If you use a shared mailbox at Emmaus, you can access a shared mailbox on your mobile device. Follow the steps below to add the shared mailbox. 

1. Open the Outlook app on your mobile device.
   
   

2. Click on the circle next to Inbox at the top.
   
   
   
3. Click on the envolope with a plus sign..

1. Click Add a Shared Mailbox.

2. Enter the eMail address of the Shared Mailbox and click Add Shared Mailbox.

After the account setup process completes, the shared mailbox will display in your account list in Outlook.

To remove a shared mailbox, go to Settings > Accounts. Then tap on the shared mailbox and select Delete Account.
