Using Quick Assist

The following guide shows how to use Quick Assist which is the new platform to allow remote support of school devices. 

The steps below show how to get started.

Step 1: Open Quick Assist

  • Find the Quick Assist logo (As Shown below) on the task bar of your machine (bottom of your screen), select the icon and open

Step 2: Wait for the 6-character code from the support agent and enter this in the box below. 

This code expires 10 minutes after being sent by the agent, after expiry a new code will be required.

Step 3: Select Share Screen after entering the code - The agent will then be able to assist you with your issue.
