The following guide shows how to use Quick Assist which is the new platform to allow remote support of school devices.
The steps below show how to get started.
Step 1: Open Quick Assist
- Find the Quick Assist logo (As Shown below) on the task bar of your machine (bottom of your screen), select the icon and open
Step 2: Wait for the 6-character code from the support agent and enter this in the box below.
This code expires 10 minutes after being sent by the agent, after expiry a new code will be required.
Step 3: Select Share Screen after entering the code - The agent will then be able to assist you with your issue.
