How to add a email signature (Online)

How to apply your Email signature to Outlook Web Portal 

 

  1. Please copy the new email footer image as below, you should also have received this as an image file. 

 

 

  1. Navigate to http://portal.office.com/ and log in with your user credentials. 

 

 

  1. Once logged in, select Outlook from the list of available applications.  

 

 

 

  1. You then need to select the cog icon from the top right of the screen  

 

and in the search bar type “signature” - you can then select “Email Signature” 

 

 

  1. This will open a “Create a Signature window below. Enter the name of the signature for example "Signature 1" in the first box then enter the signature you want in the box below.
     
     

 







Click Save and your new signature should be ready to use on Outlook Web access.  


Finally, select your new signature in the dropdown lists as below to activate your new signature
