New Member of Staff - Account Setup & Information

Basic Details

Please log a ticket and include the following information.

  • Name
  • Job Title
  • Salutation

We will then make the accounts required for your staff, and put the details on the ticket when we close it.

Please note: You must not provide these details before their official start date as this is a Data protection/HR issue.


Please get your member of staff to upload their lanyard picture using this link, and this will be delivered during one of our scheduled visits.

Please ensure that the picture meets the following requirements.

Your photo must:

  • Be clear and in focus
  • Be in colour
  • Contain no other objects or people
  • Be taken against a plain background
  • Be Landscape

Unlike the passport office we don't mind you smiling.
