Make sure it is not muted or turned down inside windows.
In the bottom right-hand corner of the screen, is a symbol/icon that looks like a speaker - single right-clicking this disable the volume control of your PC. Please ensure it is not muted and at a reasonable volume
Many programs have volume controls within them so please ensure this is set to a reasonable level and not muted as well.
Make sure the audio cable is plugged in.
If you click the speaker button in the bottom right and it attempts to troubleshoot sound options this often means your speakers/headphones are not plugged in. If this is the case there should be a 3.5mm jack cable like the one below from the speakers/amp in your classroom.
Please ensure this is plugged into the GREEN port on the back of your PC.
Make sure the AMP in your room is on and the correct input.
For classrooms, with an AMP and speaker setup, you also need to ensure your AMP is turned on and on the right input often PC/Aux, if this is a new room and you are unsure we can advise of this. If your room is fitted with an interactive touchscreen TV then the AMP is built into the unit so please use the volume controls on the unit to turn the sound up.
As always if you are unsure or not confident in any of the steps please log a ticket we will be happy to help
